Kagazz was conceptualized to help users make their expenses and receipts digital, hence it is not a surprise for us privacy is of utmost important. By using Kagazz, you are accepting the policies and guidelines (defined as “Policy” in this document) set by us in this document.
The Policy will address how Kagazz (referring to i-Shore Consultancy Ltd. and all its services and products; also refers to ‘us,’ ‘we,’ and ‘Company’ in this Policy) uses and stores the information gathered when you (the ‘User’) use its website and portal.
We only gather those personal information which are needed
Kagazz need personal information to offer a customized, secure service to its users. To that effect, we only collect personal information that is needed by Kagazz for its key purposes.
We collect the following information from the users:
- User Registration Information (Name, Email, Address, Country)
- User Receipts
- Information extracted from the receipts
- User Traffic Information for System Auditing purposes

- Resolve dispute and troubleshooting
- Integrated with your chosen accounting integration provider to upload your receipts.

You are strongly advised to keep your cookie settings enabled to ensure getting full benefit of using Kagazz.
The information user stored on Kagazz is integral to the working of the portal and app. We will not sell or rent your information to anyone else. Information is shared only in the following circumstances:
- Kagazz employees, consultants and contractors may use or come in contact with user information during the course of their duties for Kagazz.
- Kagazz will release personal user information if it is required under the law or the Terms of Service, or is otherwise necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Kagazz, its employees, users or others. We reserve the right to
disclose your personal information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our site.
- Integrated with your chosen accounting integration provider to upload your receipts. This is only done after the user has chosen to integrate.
You may opt-out to disclose certain personal information to Kagazz which may mean that you might not be able to benefit from key features. Email and Name are important to create a Kagazz account but after registration you may always opt-out of any non-service related email messages if there may any. You can do this by email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive an automatic welcome e-mail necessary to complete your registration process. You may also receive service-related announcements on rare occasions, for example, if our service is temporarily suspended/upgraded. If you do not wish to receive these announcements, you have the option of deactivating your account. You may request that your account be deleted or deactivated from Kagazz by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
You may request that your account be deleted from Kagazz by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Kagazz does not post any user information along with testimonials unless we have been given permission to do so by the user. We get in touch with our users to verify that they are aware of their personal information being posted on our public site before anything is posted. The user may submit or revoke a testimonial by contacting us at email@example.com.
Personal data stored on Kagazz are protected by a username and encrypted password. It is the responsibility of the user to keep the username and password safe. It is strongly recommened by Kagazz that the user always logout of the system once the session is over especially when using public computers.
The security of your personal information is paramount to Kagazz. When a user enters their personal information (name, email, address) on our app or portal, we encrypt the information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Only those employees that need access to the user information i.e. customer service representative will have access to the user information. Kagazz regularly updates its employees on the its privacy and security practises.
We retain your information as long as your account is active and is needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
